Pola kromatogram metabolit siung dan kalus bawang putih Allium sativum pasca iradiasi neutron cepat.



Tanggal ketik: 19951118, xx. rnDokumentalis: xx. rnSari: Bulbs and callus of garlic were extracted with methanol according to Morris method and analyzed using Gas Chromatography Spectra Physics-7000. The results showed that the chromatogram patterns between bulbs and unirradiated callus were quite different and each formed by 5 and 6 peaks, respectively. Irradiation of 1 Gy to bulbs and calli, did not change the chromatogram of bulb metabolite but influenced the chromatogram of callus. The chromatogram patterns of 2 Gy irradiated showed rather similar with the chromatogram pattern of the irradiated bulb of 3 Gy and the chromatogram patterns of irradiated calli at the dose of 1 and 2 Gy also seem almost the same pictures and they were developed by 7 peaks. The chromatogram patterns of calli which grow from the irradiated bulb dosage of 1 and 2 Gy also seem to rather same picture, but there were no peaks arose with the same retention time with another peaks of the unirradiated bulbs. The chromatogram patterns of calli, originated from irradiated bulb of 2 Gy almost similar with the chromatogram patterns of irradiated calli with 1 Gy. Based on the peaks of the chromatogram arisen, fast neutron seems to be easier to desintegrate the metabolite composition of garlic.
